Chaos and Confusion

The Twelfth Mahdi and the Third Epoch

I looked on the earth, and behold, it was without form and void; and to the heavens, and they had no light.  (Jeremiah 4:23)

One of the most common things I hear from news commentaries, or in conversations, is that we are living in chaotic and confusing  times. Those are biblical terms. They described the physical world in the beginning and the spiritual world that undergird it.

The two Hebrew words in Genesis that depict the universe before God said, “Let there be light,” are tohu va’vohu.

In English they are usually translated as “without form and void”, but in Hebrew they can mean chaos and confusion.

God also used that identical phrase to describe the cultural atmosphere of Israel before she was taken into Babylonian captivity.

That is why He pleaded with His people;

That is the Hebrew Bible’s way of saying, you must be born again!”

The population to whom Jesus introduced that phrase was also in a state of chaos and confusion.

It took about 3 years and the work of the Holy Spirit to alter their course and give them a cause. We can argue day and night with confused people in this current age of chaos and confusion, about who is to blame for our situation, but we will part exhausted.

These times require extreme patience and focus. We must understand the times and gain wisdom as we rely on the Holy Spirit instead of leaning on our own understanding. (1Chronicles 12:32)

There are three epochs highlighted in scripture that are like no other times.

  • *Creation week
  • *Jesus’ life
  • *The Day of the Lord.

We have entered the third.

There is enough scripture to back-up that perspective, but an outside source further validates it.

It is Islam, specifically Shia, which is the ideology prevalent in Iran.

They believe that Jesus was a man, born of a virgin but He was not God, nor did He die for our sins. Their Jesus is highly respected as a great prophet who will return along with the twelfth Mahdi. Together they will establish an era of peace and justice under the rule of Allah and his prophet, Mohammed.

One more thing must occur prior to this because Israel is a cancer that must be removed, and the Zionist “regime” is illegitimate, according to their doctrine. Although some Muslim scholars say that is not a pre-condition, the IRGC believes otherwise and they seem to have the upper hand. Even if they didn’t, the policy of the entire government of Iran is anti-Israel and they have done a fantastic job of spreading their ideology throughout the Western world.

This is not the time to fret. We are too good for that as followers of Jesus the Messiah.

He died so we wouldn’t have to. However, we are all breathing the same air of deception. That is why we need each other. We also need our brothers and sisters in Israel and they need us. Hatred doesn’t evaporate; it spreads unless it is confronted by love.

Love protects, love conquers, and love never fails. Jesus is the Captain of our salvation and the Lord of Hosts~Adonai Tsvaot.

He has called us to duty, for it is our time to shine.

Shalom and blessing~love and appreciation,

Paul

Let there be light
