Trip Overview More Info Itinerary
Israel is preoccupied with ending their conflict. No one knows how long it will take to return to a stable condition, but we believe the November date is very likely doable. That will not stop our plans, but it limits our ability to set a price for the tour. Our ballpark estimate is around the $3100 range, but there remain some variables, including the fluctuations of the US dollar. Until we are confident that things have settled and it is safe to move forward, we will not take any deposits.
We believe that will happen by mid-summer. We are eager to bring a group of 22 serious believers who are Kingdom minded and eager to experience the Land and the people of the Bible. To expedite the process, we are now collecting names of those interested.
Then we will post the itinerary and the cost for both our tour and the flights.
This is a Comfort My People tour. We are a non-profit ministry that supports the work of indigenous Israelis, who have the common goal of sharing the love of Yeshua (Jesus) with their people. They come from a variety of backgrounds and have different approaches, but they understand the complexities of Israel society, which includes resistance to the gospel. To overcome, they creatively and practically offer compassionate ways of telling His story of redemption with word and deed.
You will get to meet most of them and learn what they do. Many travelers who have joined us said that meeting Israeli believers was the most rewarding part of their journey.
You will also visit important sites where Jesus and His disciples made history, and travel to well-known places where events occurred that shaped our world.
You will eat delicious Israeli fresh food and experience the culture in ways in which large tours are limited. You will worship and pray and learn. Each night you will sleep in excellent hotels and ride in comfortable buses by day.
And you will travel with amazing people, like you, who want to make a difference in their circle of influence. We will fellowship together and consider how we can return as advocates for Yeshua and His Israeli brothers and sisters.
Ultimately, this journey is all about Him.
“Even the Christian apologetics concepts I had learned did not confirm the truth to me to the same degree as being in the land, seeing that the stories in the Bible had a place, an origin, and a people that continue today, and gaining deeper biblical understanding from Jewish believers. The trip to Israel helped me put together the whole picture in a very deep, peace-giving, restorative way. It is hard to describe the impact.”
